"The Other Man" is Here!
Jim and Gary have been cowriting regularly in Nahsville for the past year and a half. They decided to take ten of these compositions and make a record and the project was recorded at X Studios in West Nashville Tennessee in November 08 in January 09.. The record was produced by Jim and Gary with Tom Manche, who engineered, mixed and mastered.. Nola Shepherd offered her unique studio talents for some fine backround vocals as well as invaluable production assistance. Also in the mix were; Dave Francis - bassBrian Owings - drums Dave Isaacs - guitar Tom Manche – guitar Tom Lorsch – violin and mandolin Jim Hoke – tenor sax Jim Quealy - acoustic guitar, piano, harmonica, organ, vocals The songs written with other recording artists in mind seemed to work well for an artist project.
